OSBX was commissioned to produce a behind the scenes video that would be shown as the opening for the first commissioned, live, TikTok musical For You, Paige.

For You, Paige was performed live from a theatre in New York City, and streamed live one time only on TikTok.  Because it is being performed specifically for TikTok engagement, every element was shot and produced vertically (9:16). The stream was hosted by television's Andy Cohen.

Production took place over two weeks during the recording of the orchestra and cast rehearsals.  We decided to shoot the entire project in 6K with a center vertical crop allowing our editor some flexibility. The post schedule, however, was not flexible, we created a chain of production that delivered the footage to our editor nightly that was cut into the edit and sent back to us on set to be reviewed every morning.

Dress rehearsal was the night before the livestream and gave us a twelve-hour, overnight deadline for the final edit. Working side by side with the cast and crew of a live Broadway musical had us racing the clock, the energy was electric.

We met the LIVE deadline on time to excellent reviews. The live broadcast was a huge success with over 1.2 million LIVE viewers on TikTok. This was a really unique production, that had us solving technology and logistics issues with all the stress of a live Broadway show.
